One activity almost all of us enjoy is eating!

As it's a thing we have to do daily why not find out more about the finer foods available?

These days, of course, we are encouraged to eat 'healthy' foods and to avoid 'pre-packed processed foods' and 'fast food'.

This can lead to a dilemma - because we have to eat and we have to eat daily - so how can we strike a balance between eating food which is healthy, satisfying and also maybe most importantly delicious!

Surely, delicious is, at the end of the day one of the most important descriptions of a 'good' meal. Instead of eating almost for eatings sake, or even worse, as a function which has to be performed - why not explore some of the more interesting foods out there and see if you can slip them into your every day or in some cases, occassional diet. You might find that the discovery of a new dish will make eating good food an adventure to be both savoured and enjoyed once more!

So let's check out some of the foods out there. Some maybe appear to be a bit more on the 'exotic' side - like caviar but it doesn't mean you can't try it and enjoy it.
